Founded in 2015, our client is a global LegalTech business and one of the pioneers in applying AI to the legal industry. With ~450 employees globally and plans to double in size this year, they have raised over $165M in funding, including a recent $75M Series C led by a major global investor. The business has grown to ~$50M ARR and is on track to reach $100M ARR by the end of the year. Their AI platform is used by enterprise legal and commercial teams to manage the entire contract lifecycle — from contract drafting and negotiation through to risk review, compliance, and post-signature analysis. Large enterprises use the platform to manage thousands of contracts across multiple jurisdictions, reducing manual work, increasing compliance, and giving businesses visibility over legal and commercial risk. This is an opportunity to join a rapidly scaling AI LegalTech company selling a genuinely complex, enterprise-grade platform into global organisations.

About The Role

• Run a full sales cycle on enterprise AI LegalTech deals • Generate pipeline and run outbound activity • Sell into enterprise organisations across the UK and globally • Engage with Legal and Procurement stakeholders • Run product demos and proof-of-value trials • Work closely with leadership to help scale the go-to-market function • Hit monthly targets including meetings and proof-of-value trials This is a key hire into a growing sales team, working closely with senior leadership in a high-growth AI business. • Senior AE Salary: £45,000–£65,000 base • Uncapped commission: Year 1 £50k–£65k on top, Year 2 £150k–£200k on top • London office (Fitzrovia) – 3 days per week • Opportunity to sell a complex AI LegalTech platform into global enterprise clients • Clear progression as the team scales from 6 to 12 people this year

The Necessary Requirements

• 2+ years successful AE background with 100%+ attainment and progression • SaaS sales experience • Comfortable running outbound and managing complex sales processes • Strong academic background • Ambition to grow within an Account Executive role Nice to Have • Experience selling LegalTech, RegTech, or other complex SaaS platforms • Experience selling into Legal, Procurement, or enterprise stakeholders • Experience in a high-growth start-up or scale-up environment
