About The Employer

Founded in 2021 and already >30 people strong, our client has built a fast-growing consulting and SaaS business as a global partner Monday.com. They’ve recently secured a strategic investment from a major technology group, combining the speed and agility of a scale-up with the backing of an established enterprise. Already profitable and generating revenues of £2M ARR, expecting to double that to £4M this year, they have a strong presence in Europe and are preparing to launch in the US. Their mission is to transform how organisations work through consulting, implementations, and a suite of best-selling apps on the Monday.com marketplace. This is a rare opportunity to join a profitable, scaling SaaS business with a clear 5-year global expansion plan.

About The Role

• Generate outbound pipeline • Book business meetings • Sell into UK & Ireland businesses (100–1,000 employees), across personas including Marketing, Project Management, Transformation, and Sales. • Work closely with the wider sales team to refine talk tracks and help shape the sales playbook. • Take ownership of your own pipeline and become a key part of the go-to-market engine. This is a key role within the sales team, working directly with senior leadership. The package is £40,000-£45,000 base + ~£15,000 OTE, alongside private health insurance and additional employee perks. You’ll be working from a central London office 1–2 days a week, with flexibility. You’ll get the chance to sell into mid-market tech businesses and traditional enterprises going through digital transformation.

The Necessary Requirements

• Proven sales background with a track record of overachievement. • Minimum of 2 years SDR experience (ideally tech or software) • Comfortable cold calling and running multi-channel outreach. • Experience working in a start-up or scaling SME environment. • Grit, determination, and a growth mindset – you want to own and improve the sales process.
