About The Employer
An AI-native finance platform backed by Tier 1 Global VC’s, they sell into the CFO's office at mid-market to enterprise scale-ups and a significant portion of their customers arrive through consultancy and advisory referrals. This role is about formalising and scaling that channel. You'll be working with the senior partners and leads at consultancies and advisory firms who are embedded in financial transformation and ERP projects and positioning our client as their go-to recommendation. ● Series A raised. Targeting Series B in 2027 — 40+ months of runway. ● Strong existing consultancy referral links, a channel that's already working, now being built out properly. ● Relationship-led, senior role requiring genuine credibility in the consulting or advisory world. ● Selling to mid-to-upper market scale-ups and enterprises across London and Paris. ● Reporting directly to the Head of GTM.
About The Role
You'll be the bridge between our client and the consultancy and advisory ecosystem. That means building and owning relationships with the senior partners and practice leads at firms that touch financial transformation, ERP implementation, and PE-backed operational change. You'll generate referrals, co-develop go-to-market activity, and position our client as the natural recommendation whenever a consultant is helping a client modernise their finance function. ● Build and manage senior relationships at consultancies and advisory firms operating in financial transformation and ERP. ● Generate a consistent flow of warm introductions and referrals into the core sales team. ● Co-develop joint go-to-market activity, including events, content, and co-selling opportunities. ● Represent our client at industry events and in conversations where ERP and finance modernisation are on the agenda. ● Work closely with the AE team to ensure referral pipeline converts efficiently. ● Competitive base salary, to be confirmed during process. ● OTE and commission structure, to be confirmed during process. ● Equity in a well-capitalised, high-growth Series A business. ● Private healthcare. ● A senior, high-autonomy role with direct leadership visibility from day one.
The Necessary Requirements
● 10+ years of relevant industry experience, you need to be credible walking into a room with senior consultancy partners. ● Currently working within the consultancy or advisory industry, or having recently left with your network fully intact. ● A background in ERP, financial transformation, or a PE/consultancy-linked discipline. ● Comfortable in a relationship and channel-focused role this isn't a direct closing seat. ● Based in London or Paris with the ability to work in-office a minimum of 3 days a week. Bonus if: An existing book of consultancy relationships already linked to PE-backed clients, or experience partnering with a vendor selling into the CFO's office.
