Growth Marketing Associate
Salary: £35,000
Location: London
Contract: Permanent

About The Employer
Our client is a careers education platform connecting young people with work experience and skills programmes from major employers and universities, including Amazon, Rolls-Royce, Barclays and Airbus. Founded in 2016 and headquartered in London, the team of around 50 has strong product-market fit and a growing user base, and is expanding internationally into the US, Europe and the Middle East.
About The Role
This is a hands-on, B2B-focused role bridging marketing and sales. Broadly you will be responsible for campaign creation and execution with the sole objective of creating and generating MQL’s, everything you do in this growth role is about creating demand through qualified leads. The internal view is this role is one where creativity, imagination and execution are valued above experience. Once you’ve created these marketing-generated leads, you will convert them into sales-accepted opportunities before handing over to the sales team, running discovery calls with a softer, solution-led approach built around finding the right fit rather than a hard sell. You'll research every prospect ahead of the call to bring genuine industry context, run outbound campaigns and sequences across cold email and LinkedIn, and write up clear qualification notes for a clean handover. Circa £35,000 base plus uncapped commission for every sales-qualified opportunity you create, strong months can be significant. You'll report to the Head of Marketing and join at a genuinely exciting point for the business, with real scope to shape the role as the team and company continue to scale. The package also includes EMI share options, a quarterly performance bonus, work-from-anywhere days and a wider benefits package on top.
The Necessary Requirements
Attitude and hunger matter far more than experience here, a degree isn't required, and a confident person early in their career with the right mindset could thrive with the mentorship in place. You'll need to be commercially minded, confident enough to pick up the phone, and a creative thinker who's comfortable adapting fast, since the business is constantly launching new products, initiatives and regions. You'll need to be London-based and happy with a hybrid pattern of three days a week in the office.
