Salary: £50,000 - 55,000 base plus £25k OTE uncapped with great accelerators

As they continue to scale their commercial team, they are looking to hire a Business Development Manager to join the Enterprise arm of the business.
About The Role
As a Business Development Manager within the Enterprise team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by identifying and closing deals with large brands. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the full sales cycle, selling into large, enterprise businesses Working closely with the Marketing and BDR team to get in front of multiple stakeholders, selling predominantly into HR, Finance, and Careers decision-makers Selling consultatively, with a focus on building relationships with your prospects Negotiating and closing complex deals A basic salary of 50-55k + 25k OTE, which is uncapped! The Necessary Requirements
Proven experience managing the full sales cycle Confident building your own pipeline Experience selling into large brands - this is essential! A strong ability to sell consultatively and manage multiple stakeholders Exceptional written and verbal communication Demonstrable experience closing large contracts with enterprise businesses
