Salary: £115,000 - 125,000 base salary with double OTE uncapped

About The Employer
Our client has one goal and that is to become the world’s leading software provider for automated decision-making in the financial services industry. To date, it has been used by customers all over the world and is powering 100’s of thousands of business-critical decisions every day. They are a European organisation, based out of Berlin and have thus far secured 24m in funding (Seed & Series A). Their investors sit amongst some of the most reputable names in the tech industry (Index Ventures & Y Combinator) and a growing list of stellar angels from the likes of Datadog, MuleSoft and GitHub.
About The Role
You will be responsible for helping them to drive revenue globally. Working closely with the global Sales Director, you will play a huge part in building their global footprint. You'll be closing deals £250k and up and you'll be working with some of the largest brands in the world. This is a key hire for their business and are looking to pay £110,000 to £125,000 on the base + double OTE + equity. This role is a hybrid role and you will need to be in commuting distance of either London or Berlin (where their 2 EU offices are located).
The Necessary Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience of selling a complex enterprise B2B SaaS solution. You will need to be a highly articulate, self-starter who has a proven track record of exceeding in all areas of life!
