Our client has one goal and that is to become the world’s leading software provider for automated decision-making in the financial services industry. To date, it has been used by customers all over the world and is powering 100’s of thousands of business-critical decisions every day. They are a European organisation, based out of Berlin and have thus far secured 24m in funding (Seed & Series A). Their investors sit amongst some of the most reputable names in the tech industry (Index Ventures & Y Combinator) and a growing list of stellar angels from the likes of Datadog, MuleSoft and GitHub.

You will be responsible for helping them to drive revenue globally. Working closely with the global Sales Director and the UK BDR manager, you will play a huge part in building their global footprint. You will be responsible for managing a team of 5-8 SDRs with the idea of scaling this unit in the next year. This is a key hire for their business and are looking to pay €100,000-150,000 OTE (70/30 split) + equity. This role will require to be in their Berlin office 4 days.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years SDR/BDR Management experience, ideally within a business that sells a complex solution. You will need to be a highly articulate, self-starter who has a proven track record of exceeding in all areas of life!
