This is a key hire into a fast-scaling organisation that has grown from 20 to 100+ people in the last few years. Backed by significant investment and undergoing a major brand evolution, the business delivers a suite of digital learning solutions including learning platforms, eLearning content, authoring tools, and a brand-new community initiative that will be treated as its own product. You’ll own a defined product set end-to-end, driving the positioning, messaging, and commercial success of several learning products. You’ll be responsible for: • Building and evolving messaging frameworks • Market and competitive intelligence • Full go-to-market planning + execution • Product positioning and value propositions • Sales enablement collateral • Partnering closely with Product, Sales and Delivery • Launching 2 new products • Contributing to the rollout of consistent PMM processes across the business This role requires someone who can operate independently, bring clarity, and shape structure in an environment that’s still evolving its PMM maturity. • £45–55k base • Vitality health insurance (incl. unlimited talking therapies) • Group life insurance • Enhanced family policies • EV car scheme • 25 days holiday + your birthday off + BHs • Regular socials • A culture built around wellbeing, cross-team collaboration, and flexibility

• 3–4 years’ PMM experience (minimum) • Strong GTM fundamentals • Background transitioning from broader marketing → PMM is ideal • Scale-up/start-up experience • Able to self-manage, prioritise, and create processes where needed • Comfortable influencing cross-functionally • Bonus: exposure to L&D or digital learning (not essential)
