Our client is an innovative MarTech start-up transforming the B2B marketing landscape through hyper-personalized user experiences powered by generative AI. Their AI-enabled, no-code SaaS platform empowers marketing and revenue teams to effortlessly create and deliver tailored, multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement across every stage of the sales cycle. Founded in 2022, they’re true disruptors in their space and are now looking to hire two Account Executives to join their commercial team and help drive their next phase of growth.

About The Role

As an Account Executive, you will support at each stage of the sales cycle, with a key focus on delivering exceptional demonstrations of the product and closing deals with mid-market and enterprise accounts. You’ll work closely with a high-performing SDR team who will provide well-qualified leads. Alongside an existing AE and the Co-Founder, you’ll play a critical role in accelerating revenue growth. As an Account Executive, you can expect a base salary of £50–60k, double OTE, and a generous equity package. You’ll join a small but highly experienced team, working alongside an exceptional commercial founder in an environment where every voice is heard and everyone has a seat at the table. You’ll be based in their Shoreditch office four days a week.

The Necessary Requirements

• Proven experience in SaaS sales within an early-stage, high-growth environment • Confidence and skill in running compelling product demos – this is essential • A track record of closing B2B SaaS deals (minimum 2 years) • A start-up mindset: adaptable, proactive, and energized by fast-paced growth
