You'll work hands-on with enterprise retail clients to bring digital experiences to life guiding them to build, launch and optimise on-site experiences using real-time intent data. Experience in Solutions Consulting, Onboarding, Implementation, or Technical Customer Success in SaaS Strong understanding of eCommerce user experience, personalisation or onsite optimisation Comfortable working with HTML/CSS/JS (not to engineer but to enable) Passion for teaching, enabling and coaching customers learning-by-doing mindset Confidence running workshops, guiding senior digital/trading teams and simplifying technical ideas
