About The Employer

Our client is a tech scale-up who have built a SaaS based insight platform used globally by marketing, sales and HR teams. They’re multi award winning, have no direct competition and have recently launched their 2nd office in New York, and just closed their Series B investment. They have been announced as a top 100 global start-up, so now is the time to join! They’re looking to hire their first SDR Manager to manage a team of 7 SDR’s.

About The Role

The SDR Manager will be responsible for coaching, mentoring and developing the current SDR team, this is a full on role and would ideally suit someone with at least 2 years in an SDR role who wants to lead and run a team or someone who has already been in a leadership role. As their SDR Manager you will receive a basic salary of £50 - 60k plus bonus package based on your teams performance in your first year plus some fantastic benefits. The Necessary Requirements

You need SaaS or Software sales experience, you need to have been in an SDR or BDE role for at least 2 years and you need to be passionate about moving into a leadership position. The key thing for our client is that you’ve achieved something whether that be academic, personal or work related, and that you are pumped by the idea of joining a hyper growth business.
