As they build their sales team, they’re looking to hire a Sales Development Representative who will engage and attract recruitment businesses to their platform.

About The Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and selling to new business prospects. You will be comfortable picking up the phone, calling senior leaders within recruitment businesses, and not be afraid of rejection. You will work with a mix of inbound and outbound leads, and will have great support and training from the sales team around you. As a Sales Development Representative, you can expect a basic salary of £22-28k + a great commission structure. In addition to this you will receive fantastic benefits, with a super flexible hybrid-working model! You will be expected to spend 1-2 days a week in the office just outside of Ashford, where there is a culture of innovation, purpose, and entrepreneurial spirit.

You will be ambitious, hungry, and truly driven to have a career in sales. Whether you’re a graduate looking for your first sales role, or have some experience in B2B or B2C sales looking to move into tech, so long as you have the right mindset and drive you could be right for this role.
