They have some excellent investors and a product which is almost essential and solves a very real problem, with little competition currently. About The Role
As a Sales Lead, and the first sales hire in the business, your key responsibility will be growing their client base, managing the full sales cycle. This is a great opportunity to work directly with the founders to help execute their sales strategy and also be involved in marketing and partnerships. You will be targeting several key industries with the focus, to begin with, on the UK care industry as their product can solve big challenges in this sector now. As a Sales Lead, you will receive a basic salary of £40-50k with £30-40k uncapped OTE, plus equity and some fantastic benefits. The environment is pure start-up vibes, so it’s dynamic, fast-paced, and ever-changing. This is somewhere to learn loads and build an amazing career, as there will be plenty of chances for promotion. There is a hybrid working model in place but given the start-up nature of their business they want this hire in their offices 80% of their working week, and their offices are in Shoreditch.
The Necessary Requirements
As a Sales Lead, you will need at least 3 years in B2B sales, with at least one of those closing your own deals. You will be happy doing your own lead generation, and be ready to throw yourself into a true start-up environment. You must be a hustler, a doer, a contributor, be curious, thoughtful and creative and know that the start-up life is a journey with lots of twists but plenty of amazing experiences along the way.
