We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Events Manager to join a cutting-edge visitor attraction that blends fun, science, and education. Our client is in the process of identifying their 2nd site in New York, with a wider plan to launch attractions in the top 5 global cities over the next 5 years. About The Role
As a key driver of revenue, you will: Design and sell private hire event packages for corporate and private clients. Develop and promote ticketed events, such as magic shows, sensory sessions, and adult-only evenings. Spearhead educational sales by expanding school partnerships and creating tailored programs. Manage client relationships, operational processes, and partnerships with vendors to ensure exceptional event delivery. Leverage data and CRM tools to optimize sales strategies, track performance, and exceed revenue targets. The opportunity to work with an innovative and growing brand. Clear progression path to a Head of Sales role as the company scales. Salary £50 – 60k base, with an uncapped OTE allowing you to earn 6 figures but other benefits
The Necessary Requirements
Minimum 3 years of venue/event sales and event management experience. Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing client accounts. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot, Klaviyo, or similar) and data analysis. A passion for the arts and entertainment sectors with a keen eye for detail and organization.
