They are looking to hire a Business Development Manager to join their scaling sales team, who will be responsible for winning and closing new business to help expand their ever-growing client base. About The Role
As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, selling payment solutions into a mix of small and enterprise businesses. They have a sophisticated sales process with a solid marketing function for generating warm leads, so no need for cold-calling! The work environment is fast-paced, but incredibly fun and collaborative. As a Business Development Manager, you can expect a basic salary of 40-45k with 15-20k in commission on top. You will have access to some great benefits and a super flexible working model, with only one day a week required to be based in the office! The Necessary Requirements
The right Business Development Manager will have at least 2 years of B2B sales experience, and will have worked in a small or scaling business ideally within technology. You will be a natural hunter, with a drive to win new business and own the whole sales cycle. You must have a positive and resilient mindset that you can apply every day. Knowledge and experience of payments isn’t essential, would definitely be a bonus!
