About The Employer

Our client, a global brand expanding rapidly into IT services and software, is building a new London-based outbound sales team under senior leadership. They’re looking for ambitious Inside Sales Executives to be the engine of new business acquisition, targeting large and enterprise accounts and driving the first wave of growth for this high-profile transformation. In this role not only will you prospect for larger opportunities but you will also close your own deals up until a certain value.

About The Role

• Prospecting and qualifying new enterprise opportunities in key sectors • Engaging decision makers via high-volume outreach and tailored campaigns • Booking and managing appointments for senior sales leaders • Managing prospects through the early part of the sales cycle until handover • Building deep knowledge of IT services and solutions while developing your career • Salary £35k–£40k base + commission + accelerators, and awesome benefits • Hybrid working, 2–3 days per week in Central London • Structured progression into more Senior Enterprise Sales roles • Extensive training and mentoring with full support from pre-sales and business generation teams • Opportunity to work directly on large and enterprise accounts (£125m+ turnover) across multiple verticals

The Necessary Requirements

• 2 – 4 years’ B2B sales experience (SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, Telesales) • High activity levels, comfortable with outbound calling and prospecting • Resilient, target-driven, and motivated to build a career in enterprise sales • Ability to learn complex solutions quickly and work collaboratively in a team environment • Sales DNA and the ambition to succeed in a fast-growing outbound function
