About The Employer

Our 3-year-old client has built a platform that offers truly flexible employee benefits incorporating a marketplace and Fintech solution. They have a who’s who of leading, well-respected investors and have just landed a HUGE Series A which will be publicly announced in the next coming weeks! These guys are just about to explode, as part of this growth, they are looking to make hire their Head of Sales who will work directly with the Co - Founders

About The Role

As the Head Of Sales, you will report directly into the founder. You will be solely responsible for all things sales, from driving new business to strategizing and scaling the commercial function. The right candidate will be offered between £100-140k basic (with flex for the right person), with double OTE, and a large piece of equity! It goes without saying that the benefits package on offer is exceptional.

The Necessary Requirements

We are looking to speak with anyone who has previous experience in leading and scaling a sales team, ideally in SaaS. An ideal candidate would be experienced in something HR, Fintech or even Benefits related, but again, this isn’t essential. The right person will be an intelligent, systematic persona – but most importantly, this individual will be naturally self-aware (acknowledging your failures is just as important as acknowledging your successes). You will 100% need to want to work in a scrappy, fast-paced, hyper-growth business.
