About The Employer

Our client is a fast-growing SaaS company transforming the employee benefits space. Their platform is built around offering truly flexible employee benefits with the mission to ensure that every employee receives the right support in the areas that they need it, and incorporates a marketplace and Fintech solution. As they scale rapidly, they are looking to hire a Sales Director to lead and accelerate their revenue growth.

About The Role

Own and drive the revenue growth and targets of the business. Lead from the front, being actively involved in enterprise-level, complex deals. Own, scale, and lead a high-performing sales team. Evaluate and optimize sales processes, from lead generation to closing deals. Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. The Necessary Requirements

7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience within a high-growth environment. Have led a business from the £5-20m+ ARR journey or similar. Proven track record of leading successful sales teams and achieving ambitious targets. Strong enterprise sales expertise, including managing complex deals. Strategic mindset with the ability to scale sales operations.
