Our client, founded in 2016 have built an incredible reputation for working with large Enterprise and the Education sector, and helping them to attract the right students by giving them the chance to explore the world of Work and University before committing to it. As a Tech scale-up they are in a position of significant growth, have a clear exit strategy and are now looking for a Head of Sales to lead their New Business and Account Management team, based from their London offices.

About The Role

As the Head of Sales you will inherit a sales team of over 10 people which is a mix of SDR, AE and AM. You will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and increasing the ARR, through coaching and developing the existing team and hiring new team members who can contribute to this growth. You will report direct to the COO and work alongside them to implement a new GTM strategy, you will actively be involved in reviewing and implementing this strategy regularly. As a Head of Sales you can expect a salary which ranges from £80 – 100k plus 50% on top OTE which is uncapped and equity options. You will be based out of their London offices 2 days a week, so need to be within a 1 hour commute of Central London.

The Necessary Requirements

The Head of Sales ideally needs to come from a background of selling and leading teams in the HR or L&D space, they would also consider someone who has sold SaaS into these stakeholders but without the product experience. Either way you must be a proven tech sales leader with a background in overachieving and driving performance through positive change. You must also have experience of selling to a larger more Enterprise focused audience, if you’ve only sold and led teams selling to the SME market for example then you won’t be right.
