About The Employer
Our remote-first client raised their first round of investment this year and managed to raise a total of $3.4m in their seed round. Founded by a PhD graduate in AI from the University of Cambridge. Their MLOps platform helps ML developers understand what's wrong with their software, fix it and scale it quickly! They’re fully in scale-up mode and having brought on an advising Head Of Sales, they are now looking to make their first official founding Sales hire.
About The Role
Reporting directly to both the Head of Sales & Founder, you will be leading the sales from the front... from strategic market mapping to lead-gen to closing! You will be expected to creatively generate leads by attending events and conferences alongside the typical ways you’d expect! You will run demos and meetings both over video and in person. You will engage with multiple stakeholders, and be comfortable working on complex deals which could be 6 figures in value. As the founding Account Executive, you can expect a salary of £80 – 100k basic with a realistic OTE of £120-150K, uncapped. The role is remote first but the option to work in an office is. There is huge potential for growth within the business, whether that be developing into a more senior role, management or opening up new verticals/regions. You will get the chance to play a pivotal role in a truly pioneering Tech business built by some of the brightest brains on the planet.
The Necessary Requirements
Ideally, you will have experience working in a true SaaS/Tech start-up. You will have 4-5 years in B2B SaaS sales and you will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of overachieving targets. Ideally, you would have experience in scaling out a sales team/operation. You must, must, must be able to work agile and autonomously.
