About The Role
As the founding AE you can expect a basic salary of 80-100k + Double OTE, but what is really appealing for this person is the equity on offer at a pre-flight Rocketship. You’ll be reporting to the head of BD & Founder CEO, both of which are huge success stories in tech sales. Your primary role will be building a strategy with the CEO to start taking the product to market and closing enterprise deals. Within the first 12 months, you’ll get the chance to transition into a leadership role and build out a team beneath you.
The Necessary Requirements
Firstly, you need to have a minimum of 3 years B2B enterprise sales experience in SaaS. What really matters, is that you need to be the top 1% of sales Talent. What does this mean? It means you can show a clear and consistent track record of overperformance in sales and most probably in all aspects of life, whether it's academics or sports etc… Or maybe you’ve just done some cool sh*t! You’ve probably been there and done it in terms of riding a rocketship or scaling a business significantly. The most important thing is that you have an entrepreneurial mindset and you are a relentless individual with endless amounts of grit and determination.
