Our client is a fast-growing SaaS company transforming the employee benefits space. Their platform is built around offering truly flexible employee benefits with the mission to ensure that every employee receives the right support in the areas that they need it, and incorporates a marketplace and Fintech solution. To support their rapid growth, they are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business with large organizations.
About The Role
Win new business by identifying, prospecting, and closing enterprise-level deals. Use a consultative sales approach to understand client challenges and position tailored solutions. Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to negotiation and close. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to maximize client impact. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies. A base salary of 80k-120k with double OTE. 28 days holiday + bank holidays Hybrid working model A strong perks and benefits package!
The Necessary Requirements
5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, selling into HR teams. A proven track record in enterprise sales, handling long and complex sales cycles. Experience closing at least £200K+ ARR deals and consistently exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
