Our client is a rapidly growing recruitment-based software platform. They are helping talent teams improve their recruitment process with their industry-leading video tech. Founded in Glasgow, Scotland. They raised $7.3m in their seed round of investment. Our client has grown, along with their customer base and users. They are now looking to build out their customer success team to help drive the base and usage of their platform through their customers.
About The Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be a true expert on the features and functionality of the platform, this role is very product focused and the successful hires they make into this team are all very passionate about the product. You will own a portfolio of clients ensuring top-class onboarding, training, and adoption rates, whilst overseeing and increasing the usage of the platform to drive engagement and retention. As a Customer Success Manager, you can expect a salary of £30k. You will have the chance to work in an enthusiastic and ambitious team, reporting to the Head of Customer Success. The onboarding and training program within this company is second to none, they are very passionate about internal progression and development.
The Necessary Requirements
The successful candidate will have to showcase strong communication skills and a technical aptitude, whilst having genuine confidence to work on camera. Enjoy working closely with customers to ensure results and satisfaction with the platform. An organised self-starter who takes the initiative to get things done, deliver results, and join in as much as possible to help where and when they can. You will have to have experience previously working in Customer Success or Account Management for over a year. A desirable is an experience within the recruitment sector.
