Salary: £40000 - 50000k base salary with bonus up to £75k OTE

Our client is a small yet well-established FinTech who have created a suite of B2B payment solutions. They are looking to hire a Customer Success Manager to join their scaling team, who will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-value accounts within their payroll offering. About The Role

As a Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value accounts, focusing on those using their Payroll solution. You will be the main point of contact for your clients, with the key focus on ensuring customer retention and growth. You will maximise growth opportunities by being proactive in seeking opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling. The work environment is fast-paced, but incredibly fun and collaborative with a great supportive team. As a Customer Success Manager you can expect a basic salary of 40 - 50k plus £25k on top, with access to some great benefits and a super flexible working model, with only one day a week required to be based in the office! They have a fantastic culture with a truly supportive team, regular social events, and a modern, open-plan office in central London.

The Necessary Requirements

The right Customer Success Manager will have at least 2 years of customer success or account management experience, and will have good knowledge of payroll. As well as having experience managing key relationships, you will have worked in a revenue-driven environment. You must have a positive and resilient mindset that you can apply every day.
