Salary: £36,000 - 46,000 plus £20 25k OTE and equity

Founded in 2021 (but only coming out of stealth mode last year), our client has raised just under $20m up to their Series A. They have created a platform to assist with the archaic methods and processes used to ensure the success of private equity deals. Their product has completely reconstructed the deal architecture to help investors and advisors mitigate risk!

About The Role

You will be working directly alongside the sales director who has firsthand experience of building a high-performing enterprise sales function in a SaaS company, helping to take that company from Series A to >$500m exit. You will wear many hats in this role, although most will be closely aligned to sales… Whether that be building pitch decks, generating leads, booking meetings or jumping in on deals to help the Head of Sales push deals over the line. As the Commercial Associate, you’ll get the chance to work for a fast-growing SaaS start-up who are truly pioneering the way Private Equity companies/professionals operate. Salary on offer is up to £36,000 - £46,000 on the base + another £19,000 - £24,000 on top (uncapped). There is a huge opportunity for career progression into a full closing sales role or another commercial position. As the 2nd commercial hire for the company, you’ll play a pivotal part in the trajectory of the GTM function AND the wider business!

The Necessary Requirements

You will have outstanding academics and most likely will be able to demonstrate excellence outside of your work life, whether that be in sports, or perhaps something entrepreneurial! Experience within the PE or wide FS space would be ideal, but not essential. You will need to have the grit and determination required to work in a fast growth, scrappy start-up.
