Our client, founded in 2016 have built an incredible reputation for working with large Enterprise and the Education sector, and helping them to attract the right students by giving them the chance to explore the world of Work and University before committing to it. As a Tech scale-up they are in a position of significant growth, have a clear exit strategy and are now looking to hire another Business Development Manager into their Higher Education sales team, based from their London offices.

About The Role

As a Business Development Manager you will be selling into the Higher Education sector. Your role, with the support of a marketing and BDR team, will be to get in front of multiple stakeholders, often selling into Senior HR, Finance and Careers decision makers. You will be an opportunistic, new business focused sales hunter who loves closing deals and thrives working with complexities that come with selling into higher education. As a Business Development Manager you can expect a salary which ranges from £45 – 55k plus commission which is uncapped. Other benefits will include a good pension, discounted gym membership, flexi working model and a personal development budget for courses. You will be based out of their London offices 3 days a week, so need to be within a 1 hour commute of Central London.

The Necessary Requirements

The right Business Development Manager must have experience selling into Higher Education in a 360 sales role. It doesn’t have to be within SaaS, as this is more of a tech enabled solution. You will be smart, ambitious and thrive in what is a company going through the journey of start-up to scale-up.
