About The Employer

The real estate industry is the largest industry in the world, yet construction remains one of the least digitised sectors, our client is changing this in a big way. Founded in Australia in 2018, they’re already seeing their software being used to run sites with over 200,000 contractors using it in Australia right now. They have just launched in London with the EMEA operations being led by their CSO who is UK based, and are looking to starting selling and building their sales team in the coming months. The second hire they’re making is a BDR to target the construction sector in the UK, this is a very exciting time to join a company making a huge splash in a fast changing sector.

About The Role

Our clients software enables all parties involved in the lifecycle of a construction project to use the same platform, and it does everything from contracts, through to access through to insurance and anything else you can think of. Your job is simple, you need to target everyone from large/global contractors to REITS and get in front of them, this is very much with a land and expand model in place. As a BDR joining our client you can expect a salary up to £45k base plus £20k on top and equity and generous benefits. The role will be based out of their Central London offices 3 days a week and offer huge opportunity to progress into an Customer Success or AE role in the first year, in fact from Day 1 you will be involved directly in the full sales process.

The Necessary Requirements

You need to have at least 1 year in a B2B new business sales role, ideally as a BDR/SDR or equivalent or maybe closing your own deals. You need to have sold into the construction/real estate sector or worked in that sector. The right BDR will be ready to join a small, but fast growth, highly profitable company.
