About The Employer
Our client is a 9 year old Tech company who are now a team of 70 plus people. So far they have raised circa $15m in funding. They are looking to hire a 360 BDM to join their rapidly expanding sales team. They were shortlisted for The Sunday Times Tech Track "Ones to Watch" as well as being listed in Startups UK Top 100, ranking at #9 in 2020.
About The Role
As the 360 BDM you will self-source and qualify your own leads alongside booking and sitting your own meetings. You will be in full control of your sales destiny! You will report directly to the Head of Sales. As you'll be selling into the East Coast, you'll be expected to work slightly different hours Mon-Thu, either being 10-7 or 11-8. You'll get the chance to spearhead the US expansion. You'll be selling into/breaking into the New York market! This means you'll also get the chance to travel to New York for 4-7 days every 4-6 weeks (all expenses paid for). As the 360 BDM you’ll work for one of the UK’s leading tech start-ups, offering great career development. Salary on offer is up to £40k - 50k + another £15,000 - £20,000 on top (uncapped). There is a huge opportunity for career progression into a more senior leadership role further down the line. Not to mention you’ll get 28 days holiday + bank holidays + an early finish every Friday!
The Necessary Requirements
You will ideally have 1.5-2 years of 360 sales experience (lead-gen and closing). Most importantly, you will need to be a highly driven professional and will want to join a fast growth SaaS start-up. Our client is based in the hustle & bustle of Shoreditch and being in the EventTech space, naturally, they love a social! You will need to be an outgoing individual! 🕺
