As they continue to scale their commercial team, they are looking to hire an Account Manager to join their Higher Education team.

About The Role

As an Account Manager specializing in Higher Education, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with universities and other institutions. Your responsibilities will include: • Developing strategic partnerships and understanding client needs within the higher education sector. • Managing the delivery and performance of client projects, ensuring smooth execution. • Crafting and implementing strategic plans to enhance client satisfaction and retention. • Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to maximize client account value. • Leading client renewals while driving account growth. • Collaborating with internal teams to align on client needs and contribute to organizational success. • A basic salary of 50-55k + 25k OTE, which is uncapped. • Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement. • A vibrant and supportive work culture. • A hybrid working model, with 2 days a week in the office near London Bridge.

The Necessary Requirements

• Proven experience in a B2B Account Management or Customer Success role. • Knowledge of the Higher Education sector and its unique dynamics – this is essential! • A strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrable experience in a revenue-generating role.
