Having just confirmed their Series B round of investment, they’re looking to escalate their growth through the hire an Account Executive. Their SaaS platform enables product teams in medium to enterprise companies to manage their workflows more successfully.
About The Role
You will primarily be responsible for bringing on new clients and managing the full sales cycles from lead gen through to close, although there is already an established SDR and Marketing function supporting you with leads. Typical buying personas are Chief Product Officers and Heads of Product, typical sales cycle is 1-2 months – ranging up to 6 months for larger deals. As an Account Executive you can expect a salary of €50,000 with a double OTE uncapped, the role is fully remote with a remote set up as you would expect. There is plenty of opportunity for progression in the role.
The Necessary Requirements
You need to come from a B2B sales background, you do not need SaaS experience but it needs to be relatable. The key thing is that you are a high achiever in your previous roles, and will have a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets. You will speak Native German and near perfect English.
