About The Role
£60k – 80k basic + bonus tied to growth & retention London-based team (2 days p/w) with flexibility for the right person Direct access to founders and influence over GTM & product A genuine opportunity to shape Customer Success from the ground up You’ll take full ownership of a portfolio of high-value retail and eCommerce clients driving adoption, expansion and long-term growth. Build high-impact relationships with senior commercial stakeholders Develop account growth plans and deliver measurable revenue outcomes Identify upsell, cross-sell and renewal opportunities across your accounts Act as a strategic advisor on optimisation, intent data and performance insights Influence product decisions with real customer feedback and use cases This isn't support. It’s strategic, revenue-responsible Customer Success.
The Necessary Requirements
Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Growth within B2B SaaS A commercial mindset — confident driving renewals, expansion and negotiation Strong understanding of eCommerce, conversion or digital performance Ability to operate in a fast-paced, early-stage environment Credibility with senior stakeholders (Heads of Digital, Trading, Marketing, etc.)
